π Ship it back using any courier you prefer (e.g., Parcel Monkey or similar).
π§Ύ Hang on to your tracking number β we may ask for proof before processing your refund.
Note: Return shipping costs are not covered by Totomotive. The customer is responsible for the cost of return.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:
Be in brand-new condition
Be in the original packaging
Include all manuals, accessories, and packaging material
We cannot accept returns for:
Used items
Items missing parts or packaging
Items with removed tags, broken seals, or visible signs of wear
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
